Terms of use

Effective 5 October 2026

These terms describe the Sorro website and application provided by Enclave HK Limited, Hong Kong. Questions can be sent to sumer@enclave.money. Use the service only if you understand these terms and can lawfully access the relevant products.

What Sorro provides

Sorro is a wallet and software interface for discovering third-party trade ideas, viewing market and account information, and submitting user-directed orders to Hyperliquid. Sorro does not operate Hyperliquid's order book, act as your trading counterparty, hold assets in a company omnibus account, or accept a discretionary mandate to manage investments.

“Your AI investing partner” and “Hedge fund thinking, in your pocket” describe the product experience. They do not mean Sorro is a hedge fund, a licensed investment manager, or an agent that trades without your decision. Optional AI processing assists interpretation of third-party trade content. You choose the instrument, direction, amount and leverage of each order.

Eligibility and availability

You must be an adult with capacity to use the service and comply with the laws that apply to you. Product and trading availability can vary by territory and by the underlying provider. Do not use Sorro to evade protocol restrictions, sanctions, or applicable legal requirements. A public website is not a representation that trading is permitted in every country.

Your wallet and trading permissions

You are responsible for your account, authentication methods and wallet security. With an embedded wallet, Privy supplies wallet infrastructure. With an external wallet, your wallet signs its own messages. Never share a private key or seed phrase with support.

Trading access requires wallet-signed approval of a Hyperliquid API signing key. Sorro's executor can use this delegated key to submit supported trading and account instructions. Transfers and withdrawals require your main-wallet signature in supported flows. Initial key approval does not require a new main-wallet signature for each trade; app confirmation is the user control for ordinary orders.

Signing out does not revoke trading permissions or close positions. You can inspect and remove supported keys through Sorro's Settings or the appropriate Hyperliquid account controls. Open orders and positions remain on the protocol until changed there.

Fees and execution

Hyperliquid trading fees, network or provider costs, and a Sorro builder fee may apply. A separate wallet approval caps the builder-fee rate; review that approval before signing. Actual fees and fills depend on the order and the venue. Order requests may fail, be delayed, be partially filled, or fill at a different price from the price displayed.

Trade content and risk

Third-party trade calls, AI interpretations, caller records, rankings and market displays can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Past performance is not a promise of future results. Verify information before acting. Sorro does not provide a personalized suitability assessment or promise returns.

Perpetual futures and other leveraged products carry substantial risk. Leverage can magnify losses and lead to liquidation. Protocol failures, smart-contract issues, network outages, key compromise and market conditions can also cause loss. Alerts are informational and do not guarantee protection or automatic execution.

Third-party services

Hyperliquid, Privy, sign-in providers, deposit providers and other infrastructure operate independently and may apply their own terms, costs and restrictions. Sorro is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hyperliquid. We cannot guarantee another provider's availability or the outcome of an on-chain transaction.

Acceptable use and service changes

Do not use Sorro unlawfully, impersonate another person, abuse the service, interfere with security, or submit content that infringes others' rights. We may restrict access to address abuse, legal obligations or operational issues. Software and available features may change. Such changes do not remove your responsibility for existing protocol positions.

Privacy and support

The privacy policy explains information processing and how to request access, correction or deletion. For service issues or to report abusive trade content, use the support page. Public blockchain records cannot be removed by deleting an app account.

Changes and mandatory rights

We may update these terms and identify the revision by its effective date. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not establish regulatory authorization for any financial activity or territory.
